Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a defective item, a wrong product, or serious damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will evaluate and arrange either a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

For non-defective items (for example, change of mind), returns may be accepted only under certain conditions: item unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact, and returned within 14 days of delivery (or your chosen timeframe). Shipping cost for return may be borne by the customer (unless we agree otherwise).

Exchanges are possible (subject to stock availability) if the above conditions are met. For international returns/exchanges, please note that freight, duties/taxes, and cross-border logistics may make a return impractical.

Items that are custom-made, special order, heavily discounted, or hygiene-sensitive may be excluded from return or exchange eligibility.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will send you an email to notify you whether the return is approved.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval. The actual time until the refund shows in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If you return an item and the refund is less than expected (for example, due to return shipping fees or restocking charges), we will clearly communicate the deduction in the refund notice.

Please note: If an order was cancelled after shipping, or the item was damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may decline a refund or apply a partial refund.
